CAP has a 24-unit apartment complex that offers affordable rentals to income qualified families. This complex consists of twenty 2-bedroom units and four 3-bedroom units.

CAP also has six transitional housing units where the resident can rent up to two years while trying to stabilize their lives.

Rent charged will be at the fair market rate. Credit check fee for single is $25.00 and $30.00 for a married couple. Application fee is $40.00 per person 18 years and older.
