Government commodities are distributed monthly at seventeen distribution sites in Cowlitz & Wahkiakum Counties.

How to Obtain a Help Warehouse Food Card
A punch card is required to receive foods distributed through Help Warehouse.
HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD
Bring the following:
- A current utility bill with address & ID
- Rent receipt with current address & ID must show the same address as bill
OTHER ADULTS IN HOUSEHOLD
(18 years or older)
- ID with the same address as head of household
ACCEPTABLE ID INCLUDE
- Drivers License
- Checkbook
- Medical Coupons
- Voter Registration Card
PROOF OF CHILDREN (under 18)
- Birth Certificate
- Medical Coupons
- Report Card
